The Promo Vertical, Run From the Factory Side
Decoration, proofs and reorder consistency matter to promotional product buyers. Our founder's industry background shapes how we plan artwork approval, production checks and repeat orders.
Silk Screen Printing
The workhorse for 1–3 color logos on bags, bottles and notebooks. Per-color setup screens, cheapest at volume on simple art.
Embroidery
Polos, caps and totes. Price follows stitch count — we optimize artwork for stitch efficiency before quoting, and your digitized file is archived under your project.
Heat Transfer / DTF
Full-color logos, gradients and photographic art on textiles and bags. Hand-feel and wash durability checked per material.
Laser Engraving
Drinkware, tools and wood goods. Permanent and premium; engraving depth and fill proofed on the actual blank.
Deboss / Emboss & Foil
Leatherette, PU goods and premium packaging. Die costs quoted at cost, and the die is tagged as yours for repeat orders.
Full-Color Sublimation
Mugs, mousepads and polyester, edge to edge. Color shifts on coated substrates — which is exactly why the PMS process below exists.
Run on the Line, Not Just Quoted
Silk screen, embroidery, laser, foil and sublimation — decoration specs are executed on the factory line under our PO, with first articles checked before the run continues.
- First-article proof before the full run
- Print, stitch and engraving depth checked per spec
- Decoration records archived with your project for reorders
PMS Matching, Done With Physical Chips
Colors can look different on a screen and on the finished material. We agree on a physical reference before production and check samples against it:
- You give us PMS codes (coated/uncoated), or a physical chip to match
- We match against a physical Pantone book at the factory — on the actual material, since the same ink reads differently on plastic, fabric and coating
- A signed color reference sample is archived with your project file
- Color tolerance and the inspection scope are agreed in writing before production; checked samples are compared with the signed reference
- Dyed fabric can differ from a coated-book color — we set expectations per material
- One logo across three products needs three approvals, not one
- Color differences outside the agreed tolerance — reviewed before shipment approval
The Art Proof Workflow
Five steps take your artwork from brief to an approved production reference. We confirm the required approvals in your project plan.
You Send Artwork
Vector files (AI/PDF/EPS), PMS codes and a placement map. Missing something? We tell you the same day, not after a proof fails.
Production-Ready Adjustment
We adapt the art to the decoration method — minimum line widths, stitch efficiency, trap and bleed — so what looks right on screen survives on the product.
Virtual Proof
A digital mockup shows placement dimensions and color callouts. Included revision rounds are confirmed in your project quote; extra changes are agreed before work continues.
Physical Pre-Production Proof
The decoration applied to the actual blank, photographed and measured — shipped to you or verified in person with photo/video evidence.
Your Written Approval = The Standard
The approved proof becomes the golden standard production is checked against. Any change after approval is documented, re-proofed and re-costed before it happens — never just "fixed".
Repeat-Order Consistency Is a System, Not Luck
A reorder that differs from the approved first run can be costly. We keep the reference materials needed to check consistency:
- Golden sample: sealed, signed and dated — one kept by you, one kept with your project file
- Spec sheet: PMS codes, stitch/print specs, dimensions with tolerances and material notes archived per SKU
- Tooling ownership recorded: ownership and supplier release terms for paid screens, dies, embroidery files and molds are documented in the project agreement
- Reorder checks: inspection scope is agreed per order, with checked samples compared against the approved reference and spec sheet
- Reorder pricing confirmed: each order receives a written quote; any lower fee rate depends on its value and agreed scope. See the tier table
- Approved golden sample reference & signed color chips
- Final art proofs & placement maps per SKU
- Spec sheets with tolerances
- Supplier contacts, quotations & order history — always yours to take

Work With Us Behind the Scenes
For distributors and resellers serving their own end clients, we can agree on a behind-the-scenes working arrangement:
- Your client stays yours: we are invisible — no contact with your end customers, no branding on communications
- Itemised quotes: product, decoration and freight costs shown separately so you can price the job your way
- Confidentiality both ways: your designs, client programs and volumes stay confidential per the Sourcing Agreement
- Programs, not one-offs: multi-SKU kits, kitting and consolidation into one shipment per program
