Six Steps. One Tracked Project.

Every order runs the same managed workflow, visible in your dashboard from day one. You always know what happens next, what it costs and who is doing it.

The Process

Timeline at a Glance

We start research as soon as your brief is clear, request quotes in parallel and book inspection ahead of production completion. Supplier sampling, factory production and freight transit depend on the product and route; the times below are planning estimates.

The Full Journey

01 Day 0

Tell Us What You Need

Send a product link, image, specification, quantity and target price — or just an idea. Two minutes of typing is enough to start.

We: aim to clarify the brief within 1 working day You: submit product details & target price
02 1–2 working days

Supplier Research

We search market and factory options in parallel, check basic capability and MOQ, then share 2–3 initial supplier options for your review. Detailed verification and firm quotations follow.

We: research & shortlist suppliers You: review the shortlist
03 Quote review 1–2 working days; samples 3–14 days

Quotation & Samples

We request comparable quotations together and share the original supplier offers. Sample arrival and revisions depend on the supplier; we check received samples against your brief before you approve production.

We: compare quotes, verify samples You: approve product & price
04 2–6 weeks

Order & Production

Orders are placed, production is tracked weekly, deadlines are enforced and factory issues are solved in Chinese — at the source.

We: manage production, visit factories You: review updates and approve key decisions
05 1–2 working days

Quality Inspection

We book the inspection before goods are ready, then inspect and report within 1–2 working days after completion. A failed result needs a rework plan and your approval before shipping. See a sample report →

We: inspect & report You: approve the QC report
06 Arrange in 1–2 working days

Shipping & Delivery

Once goods and documents are ready, we coordinate loading and handover with our freight partner or the forwarder you appoint. Delivery time depends on the route and shipping method; the selected forwarder provides tracking.
